At EasyCosy™, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns Accepted

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • It is returned in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • You provide proof of purchase (e.g., your order number)

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • UAE Orders: Return shipping may be covered by the customer unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
  • International Orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our mistake.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact us at contact.easycosy@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Refunds

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at contact.easycosy@gmail.com

7. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos (if applicable).
