• Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries
• Worldwide (selected countries)

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and UAE public holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Times & Rates

Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout:

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the courier’s website.

5. Shipping Delays and Issues

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control. If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us at contact.easycosy@gmail.com and we will assist you as best as we can.

6. Duties and Taxes (International Orders)

International orders (outside the UAE) may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping prices.
